EFF 2015 Opening conference: “Why the essay film now?”
Mar 24, 2015 4:30 PM
Room B20, Malet Street, Birkbeck
For this opening conference we have invited four leading scholars and critics who have made important contributions to the current debate about the vibrancy of the essay film tradition in contemporary film and moving image culture.
The speakers will each address the question “Why the essay film now?” from their respective angles, and there will be plenty of time for questions from the floor and general discussion.
